Who you are buying from

What you are buying
The Booster Course gives one household 12 months' access to the online edition of Simple to Complex Mathematics, its Low-Stakes Quizzes, its Full Tier Reviews and the Answer Library. The price is £79, including any VAT that applies.
This is a single payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, no card is stored for future charges, and there is nothing to cancel. Access simply runs for 12 months from the day you buy. If you want another year at the end, you buy again.
One household, siblings included
One purchase covers everyone living in your home — there is no per-child pricing and no limit on how many of your children use it. What it does not cover is sharing your login outside your household, or use by a school, tutoring business or other organisation. If you would like a school or group licence, email us; we are happy to arrange one.
Fair use. So that we can tell a family apart from a password being passed around, we keep a count of how many different devices sign in to each account. A household normally uses a handful. If an account is signing in from far more than that, we will email you and ask about it — we will not cut off your access without speaking to you first.
How you may use the material
Everything in the Booster Course is protected by copyright. You may read it, work through it and print pages for your own household's use. You may not copy, photograph in bulk, scrape, republish, resell or share the material — the Answer Library especially — outside your household. Doing so ends your access without a refund, and we reserve our legal rights.
Starting straight away, and your cancellation rights
Because this is digital content you can use immediately, you are asked at signup to confirm two things: that you agree to these terms, and that you want your access to start straight away. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, starting immediately means the automatic 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. If you would rather keep that right, do not tick the box — email us instead and we will arrange it.
Our own refund promise is separate and unaffected. If the Booster Course is not right for your family, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. See our refund policy.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account we believe is being shared outside a household or used to copy the material. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us; deleting it ends your access, and we cannot refund time you have already had beyond the 14-day promise above.
What we promise, and what we don't
We will do our best to keep the platform available and working, but we cannot promise it will never be offline — servers, networks and browsers all fail occasionally. If a fault of ours makes the course unusable for a meaningful stretch of your 12 months, tell us and we will extend your access or refund a fair share. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid.
Content is added and revised continually. We may correct errors, reorganise material or improve the platform at any time, and we will not reduce what you have paid for during your 12 months.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the version you agreed to when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase. We keep a record of which version each account accepted and when.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
