Refund Policy
When you buy you get immediate access to digital content, and you consent to us supplying it straight away. Under UK consumer law this means the standard 14-day cooling-off right ends once access begins — but we do better than the legal minimum: if the Booster Course isn't right for your family, email info@simpletocomplex.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
It is a one-off payment, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing will be taken again automatically. Your access simply runs for 12 months from the day you buy.
